John Seay Publishes Article on Graffiti Law in Journal of Intellectual Property Law

By John Seay, Atlanta Entertainment Lawyer: The Seay Firm LLC (@TheSeayFirmLLC)

Last fall, an article by John Seay entitled, “You Look Complicated Today: Representing an Illegal Graffiti Artist in a Copyright Infringement Case Against a Major International Retailer,” was published in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. The article discusses a case John worked on in January of 2012 and walks the reader through at least the initial steps of valuing a copyright infringement case for settlement. The publication is John’s third in legal journals.
